Little Sweden? Why not. I love this neighborhood. I popped into a local hardware store and bought a light socket replacement for $2. Interestingly, I had located the part on Amazon earlier, but it was going to cost 6 dollars to ship it and was going to take a week. Plus, it was only offered in a package of 2 for $5.98. Delivery would have been free if I was a prime member. Marcey is a prime member, but I didn't have her password. I know that actually going to a store can be inconvenient, but you can't beat family owned neighborhood stores.
I also picked up a couple of pairs of winter boots from a local shoe store. A pair of Clarke's and a pair of Rockport on sale. Helpful salesperson. A much better experience than a mall.
Sadly, Ann Sathers is no longer an anchor in this neighborhood. Thankfully, there are still 3 other locations.
