This is our hood! It was fun to walk down Broadway and look for the shops listed on the card. Only 3 of the 10 businesses still exist. The cards were published in 2007 so it looks like there's about a 30% rate of shops lasting 10 years or more. Regardless, the neighborhood is still filled with boutiques, nail salons, and bistros.

The last 3 standing: Unabridged, Pastoral, Windy City Sweets
Formerly Bobtail. Still an ice cream parlor and kept it in the family.
